Starbucks Will Use Cash From Nestle Deal to Ramp Up Digital Relationships

While Nestle funnels Starbucks-branded coffee into retailers and restaurants nationwide, Starbucks will focus on putting that $7.15 billion it gained from the deal to good use. Expansion in both the U.S. and China are on the table, as well as a bigger focus on U.S. digital investments to counteract slowing sales.
