New York City's food cart and truck vendors work harder than just about anybody to keep their food safe: they've got to draw a ton of customers on a regular basis just to make ends meet. We hope inspectors don't use their power to wage war on them.

Baltimore food trucks are prohibited from operating within 300 feet of a restaurant, which could be prohibitive to business, especially in areas with lots of foot traffic.
