We’ll be returning again to midtown Manhattan and 117 W 46th St. This space, provided by Convene, offers an excellent opportunity for knowledge sharing from the stage, as well as networking space during breaks.

For our inaugural 2018 Skift Restaurants Forum we welcomed leaders from across the industry: the CEOs of Resy, OpenTable, Olo, SevenRooms, and more; restaurateurs from Jose Andres’ ThinkFoodGroup, New York’s The Smith, Philadelphia’s Fork, and Chicago’s Boka Group, and chefs including Misi’s Missy Robbins, The Henry’s JJ Johnson, and the Girl and the Goat’s Stephanie Izard. And we can’t forget the owners of the landmark Russ & Daughters or creative minds behind The Standard International or House of Chan, among others.

In 2019, we’ll build on our success in 2018 and add more operators, more chains, and more regional players that have something to say.

We will share more about the 2019 lineup of speakers in early 2019.

You can read more about what happened in 2018 here, or you and click through to the full videos here.
