Fancy McDonald's wasn't resonating with consumers. Not every idea is a winner, and it's better to cut losses now.
I do not know a single millennial that does not appreciate the homey feeling of eating at a diner. This comes as no surprise to me.
We've purposefully stayed away with the season of pumpkin spice items in order to focus on what matters: turkey-themed offerings and the ubiquitous/elusive McRib.
