Subway has the most US locations of any chain restaurant, so a remodel of this magnitude will take years to roll out. Great effort by the sandwich chain, but it might be too late to come back.
Right now the mobile sandwich game is owned by Panera. Subway will certainly get in shape trying to catch up.

In a competitive market, Subway lags behind in its tech savvy. Adding new technology is a start, but it may be too little, too late.
